The SPCCC is a newly formed private 501(c)(3) non-profit whose purpose is to minimize the suffering of cats, reduce the spread of infectious disease in the community, allocate resources with the best results to residents, and recognize the limitations of our members with respect to cat care. Our main focus is the TNR of South Park Cats, however, we consider ourselves an animal welfare organization and are able to help other animals in emergent situations.
